Committed to simplicity, we focused on green tea and matcha, blending organic cane sugar, organic unrefined cane sugar, and a balanced touch of lemon juice for a refreshing flavor. Instead of using flavorings, we remain dedicated to preserving the natural taste, achieving a truly satisfying flavor. We also use natural spring water from Higashi-Hiroshima area.
The teas we use are green tea and matcha. Matcha requires a special method called "shade cultivation," where tea leaves are grown without sunlight for a period. This enhances sweetness and umami, reduces bitterness, and gives the leaves a vibrant green color. While regular green tea doesn’t require this process, the green tea in our product is also shade-grown—the same high-quality tea used for matcha—ensuring a rich and refined flavor.

To let you fully enjoy the fragrant tea flavor from the very first sip, the can is designed to be held upside down. By naturally turning the can over before drinking, the matcha settled at the bottom mixes well, allowing you to savor the flavor at its best.
